چکیده

This research presents a method to design non-circular planetary gear. Therein the satellite gear block consists of eccentric cycloidal and elliptical gear, which have been given. The mathematical equations two ring gears are set up according gearing theory considering undercutting conditions. A numerical calculation program was written in Matlab calculate dynamically analyze this examples presented paper clarified steps method. simulation results show that can overcome irregular tooth phenomenon on traditional involute when it is necessary infinitely variable speed converters with large amplitudes, coefficient λ should be adjusted rather than μ.

Multi Objective Optimization of Planetary Gear Train

Planetary Gear Trains are extensively used for the power transmission. Large reduction in a small volume is possible with planetary gear trains. High efficiency – 95% per stage is common in planetary gear trains. For the automation of car parking systems helical gear box is used. But requirements of the gear box of these kind shall be compact in size and should have high efficiency. For these r...

Analysis of Dynamic Behavior of Multiple-Stage Planetary Gear Train Used in Wind Driven Generator

A dynamic model of multiple-stage planetary gear train composed of a two-stage planetary gear train and a one-stage parallel axis gear is proposed to be used in wind driven generator to analyze the influence of revolution speed and mesh error on dynamic load sharing characteristic based on the lumped parameter theory. Dynamic equation of the model is solved using numerical method to analyze the...

investigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures

deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...

Analysis of a gear train using finite element modelling

Here the theoretical maximum contact stress is calculated by Hertz equation. Also the finite element analysis of spur gear is done to determine the maximum contact stress by ANSYS 14.5. It was found that the results from both Hertz equation and Finite Element Analysis are comparable. From the deformation pattern of steel and grey cast iron, it could be concluded that difference between the maxi...
